 Before I begin I need to first mention that this true, absolutely true, and soon-to-be-proven story involves very real and effective witchcraft, very real victims of witches, both dead and alive, and everyone else on planet Earth. I also need to add a most important factor about the victims in this story: they are communicating with me telepathically. With that being true, there are many lying, scumbag, criminal witches who have been fooling the authorities, which empowers their belief that they are in control of the LAPD—not only by way of their witchcraft but with a strange form of blackmail that is yet to be put to the test. It involves a few generations of an ongoing business run by spoiled prostitutes who have been literally getting away with murder. The evidence of the murder is nowhere to be found because it has been digested and turned into, how shall I put this... fecal matter!

  I'm not talking nonsense. This is the truth, and this truth about these spoiled prostitutes is how the business is run through massage services, like the ones that advertise on thatmall.com, where you get phone numbers and schedule an appointment. A need to be screened just to get a massage would normally seem like a bit much, but then it is well understood because it's f***ing prostitution. Now, first I'll talk about the victims who have been eaten and the victims driven to suicide, and then I'll talk about the police officers who offer protection in exchange for masseuses' services. The shocking truth that those slick cops are not aware of goes along with the slick laughter that these prostitutes value so dearly when they are feasting on their clientele, who, let me add, have unknowingly spent every cent they had on a massage with a happy ending. That ending was either shared by the happy widow or the replaced widow, actions which go unnoticed by anyone due to the same ignorance of the public as well as the police, keeping the witches empowered so the ball keeps rolling as long as no one knows about it. Oh, and if the victim is not married, well, the same story goes, only with fewer technicalities. So overall, the word that these spoiled, angry women are obsessed with is "POWER." The shocking truth of such power needs to be accepted by the once-fooled police officers as a "rude awakening," so they do not let these witches win through their abilities to threaten with humiliation or any other form of evil politics. This is a reality that police are not aware of, and there are real spells on them and spells on the entire police force to ignore any reports that have anything to do with witchcraft or, as it's often put, "Hocus Pocus."

 What you are hearing or reading is the truth, and it's important that whoever you are, you take a stand in helping to stop these witches as your contribution to humanity and the future. You'll understand more about that as you become aware of how everyone is a victim. Key words—i.e., identity theft.

 Now, as I approach the beginning of my true story and testimony, I need only a brief moment to bring you up to date on my latest findings and evidence that have made it possible for me to be heard and believed, but have also caused the evil criminals to threaten me with "fire." This very real threat also just gave way to more evidence and needs immediate attention. You see, the threat is toward a group of victims who, while being confined to a room centered in a large walk-in closet of a two-bedroom apartment, were able to fight and gain control of that room. They could not escape the apartment, but they were able to barricade themselves using not just their strength alone, but with the strength of the spirits belonging to the deceased bodies used to help in the barricading of the entrance. Now, although you probably don't believe this could be a reality, please do not obstruct the justice needed by such real victims so they can be at peace while resting. Get it?

 Allow me to add that I've recently discovered in the lyrics of a heavy metal song from the '80s called "Balls to the Wall" by a band called "Accept" that this very realistic song mentions how people do not know about the torture which victims of evil go through, but in the song, the singer actually suggests that the victims will one day build a wall using the bodies of the dead and then rise to victory. Understand that I had already been told by the victims about them using such bodies before I recently became aware of the lyrics to this song, which I suggest you go onto YouTube right now and read the lyrics to the entire song before proceeding with this story. And please show respect for this truth before any sarcastic response or know-it-all cliché statements.

 Now, only recently, as I have actually found what I consider to be evidence of certain people involved, including people I've known throughout my life, things have gotten more intense. But the most intense of all is what needs the most attention right now in this moment, without question or pause.

 IMMEDIATE ATTENTION: LAPD, LAFD, and with the help of the public to monitor this address: 11101 Palms Blvd. in Los Angeles, paying close attention to the upper left side of the building for the first sight of smoke, as the threats coming from both victims and the criminals is that the criminals in charge of unit 201 have been brushing paint thinner on the outside walls of the room where the victims dwell on a daily basis. They have done some level of damage while testing different options, and what has really brought my concerns to a heightened alertness, which you must understand is real, is that a huge water tank has just very recently been put on the rooftop of the building along with a massive pipeline for a new fire hydrant just installed right at the front of the building, only thirty feet from where the water tank tops out. Call this coincidence, and I'll break your face for obstruction of justice. Don't be yet another hurdle in this story. Please.

 So yes, I am telling everyone, including all authorities, that this is a real threat of a fire that could kill the most important witnesses on the planet. Also, because these witnesses know who is involved, and many people are involved who want these witnesses/victims to be dead for obvious reasons, I am the only victim who is not in captivity, and it's been hell trying to get the police to hear me out. So many counts of obstruction of justice, while it would only take a few seconds to know the truth and to save lives. So get on it right now immediately before victims turn to ashes, and you let hundreds of very, very evil scumbags go on stealing identities from right under your snooty noses.

 I'm sure you can understand that I'm angry and frustrated. You, whoever you are reading this in this moment, although you might find this hard to believe, believe me when I tell you, "I've heard it all." I already know so many of you will say, "The cops would already know about this before you would know so much, and it's impossible." And I've already been through cops saying, "We would already know about it." I have a recording of myself telling a Pacific Division detective about it, and while suggesting they bring a K-9 unit to the property, he interrupts me and tells me that the police are smarter than the dogs, and he continues to speak over me even when I tried to explain that they are making child pornography up there. He didn't even come over to check it out.

 Now, this was a long time ago, and Cindy gave me a ride to the station so I could make this report, which I have some of it recorded. Now, many years later, well after Cindy lied to a judge when getting a restraining order, saying that I threatened her with a deadly weapon, expecting me to commit suicide while living on the street—then after my surviving impossible stories—I just learned that she had everything to do with that child porn which I was insisting on, but the cops wouldn't listen. It's been brought to my attention that I was expected to commit suicide and that I was going to be blamed for the child porn along with the murder of the victims who are now still surviving in the room that I am telling you about. It's them who have made me aware of all of this and have been through intense pain in order to communicate with me in this way. So please, please do not fall to words of it being impossible when it's real and it's happening, and they need you to get on this and get to the property to demand, protest, do whatever you can to get them out safely before they are burned to death.

 You must rise past your opinions. You must consider the reality. They are making fools of you as well.

I'm really going through it right now in this moment, so it's extremely humiliating, but these very real victims need me to do this and they need you to get up and get on it right now. I'm not messing around and you are being called upon, so seriously get on it. You can sue me if I'm wasting your time or whatever. I am telling the truth and I know that it's real. Do not let this go on and do not let these victims be killed.

 Next: I start from just before my initial 911 call back in 2004 from apartment 101 at 11101 Palms Blvd. about apartment 201 (directly above me) having real kidnapped people who need immediate attention, only to be ridiculed and lied to by the responding police officer, and then everyone I know calling me crazy, and now learning how I was set up from the get-go.

 Cindy, Dara, and so many more terrible people are still trying to get away with this, thinking they can still fool the police and the public with persuasion and witchcraft. Are you going to let them control you like that? And please understand that I have already made a visit to LAFD Station 43, which is the fire department for the Palms area, and I did explain this to them, only to leave the station upset because when talking about this—alone with no help from anyone due to lack of knowledge led by witches—I get looked at like I'm crazy instead of officers considering that there might really be victims. And I repeat all the time for people to at least give the victims the benefit of the doubt.

 When every time I question how it could be possible for people and police to overlook my reporting victims and how they can be so ignorant... the witches (Cindy herself as well) take the credit for being able to control everyone who I come in contact with. Are you going to let them continue to do so, or will you show real integrity and get over there? But, of course, they are dangerous, so do not go alone and do not underestimate their powers. They will try to persuade you to either leave or to come on in and see for yourselves, which would lead you to becoming a victim yourself. What needs to happen is a large group with news media coverage, and that needs to happen right now. Understand that there are some police involved protecting the apartment, so if a cop goes in and comes out saying, "There's nothing going on in there, folks," demand proof! Demand to know! And watch out for people in the crowd persuading or suggesting that this is a stupid idea and a waste of time.

There are so many people involved who want these victims to be dead because if they survive—even for the criminals who are not directly involved who became aware of them because of my reports, and victims not knowing their names—it will still become much more difficult for them to do what they've been doing for a long time. With the survival of these victims, there will be a real, actual Los Angeles County shutdown immediately and a request for citizens to be cooperative while searching homes, and that will cause a lot of evil people to become paranoid... and why? Because hundreds of thousands of missing people will be found dead and possibly alive. And of course, hundreds of thousands of arrests will take place, and the corrupt cops involved will be running rampant trying to get some control, faking looking like confused freaks making you question their behavior, and the simple answer is, so they don't get caught being the scum of the earth.

 Get ready, all you kind citizens of Los Angeles. Get ready for the shocking truth. And if you let the victims get killed by way of a fire, know this... I have enough names of who is responsible to still turn this county (and more) inside out and upside down. Don't be left out of the good people who took action. Take action! This is real, and don't let Cindy trick you with her home footage embarrassing me as if that is what all this is about. I don't care about my personal pain which she has been using. This is about the lives of real victims.

 I guess I'll have to start the full story in a separate writing, or maybe that would be taking up too much time, so go with what I'm giving you now, and I'll give you a full live testimony under oath at the supreme courthouse on CNN live with the entire story, the entire truth, with nothing left out. I'm Robert Lefferts and I just found this image (left) of Lovekesh Kumar on a LinkedIn page listed as a connection to the person's LinkedIn page (Carmen Glaser) whom I was investigating in that actual moment which just happens to be the woman that lived in the apartment above mine and just two doors down was this man Lovekesh Bobby Kumar, who on the same day as my initial 911 call August 14, 2004 when I asked him what relations he had with the woman above me (considering the fact that he was in and out of her apartment constantly) he replied "she's my mother" which is ironic because just weeks prior to that when I had inquired about a very dangerous man who was in and out at all hours while I was hearing sounds as if this man was causing terrible screaming and crying when he came around with very blonde hair and light complexity, when I inquired about his relationship with the woman upstairs, the answer was "he is her son". Wow what a load of crap. Well, when I knew for sure that this man was featured on America's Most Wanted for murder, I called Clovis and made a positive ID on him. Speaking with a Detective "Max" who sent an investigator who reported that I had the wrong guy. Then soon after learned about these people monitoring me and even saw how they fooled the investor, I became furious and added that to the list of tolerating these evil people. I must mention two huge facts. 

1. I found this image of him two decades later and clearly I had and still have the right guy so that fact stands.

2. I called detective Max in 2005 while Kumar was still wanted so these dates on the Internet are far off so he is connected to the same powerful people who have the power to falsify a death, steal identities and now manipulate dates.
